First and foremost, to acknowledge a barrier is to understand the pattern in which you are attached to….The pattern first may come in a thought, but 99% of the time it is somehow attached to the body.
This usually requires time in meditation to actually witness where the attachment may be.
Remember everything is energy!
If you change the thought or the attachment to the thought it can shift the energy for release. Consider while meditating the thought arises and while scanning your body ask where the energy of this thought might be in your body or around your body.
It may take a couple of times to recognize the source, but usually by the third time you begin to associate the thought with the energy.
This now gives you the option to hold on or let go!
If you decide to let go there is a change, an opening of space for you to create what you want to create…
