To acknowledge the positive aspects of clearing I want to share the importance of our auric field around the body and how energy can get stuck. Every aura has seven layers like seven chakras. Imagine the body being the yoke and the white of the egg your energy field. Each layer correlates with each chakra. The etheric layer is less than an inch outside the body known as the physical layer, following is the emotional layer, the mental layer, spiritual layer, the celestial body, and finally the ketheric body.
Just imagine all information coming into your field goes through your chakra system every hour and a half and feeds through your energy field. The speed in which we are downloading energy positive or negative is mind boggling. You can see if you don’t have filters or no time for silence to clear energy can get entangled, misinformed, confused. I do believe we all have our unique way of clearing that works for us, but the speed and acceleration in which it comes in these days it is hard to catch up…
