As we approach the 8-8-8 Lion’s Gate tomorrow, many people describe feeling unusually tired, emotional, distracted, or simply unlike themselves. Whether you resonate with the energetic symbolism of this sacred portal or simply notice a shift within yourself, this can be a powerful invitation to pause, listen, and reconnect.
Rather than seeing these experiences as something to fix, I invite you to consider another possibility.
What if your body is simply catching up to your soul?
There are moments during our spiritual journey when our consciousness expands more quickly than our physical body can comfortably integrate. We begin sensing new possibilities before we fully understand them. Our intuition becomes louder, our hearts become more sensitive, and old ways of navigating life no longer feel quite right.
The Lion’s Gate reminds us that we are always being invited into greater alignment with our highest self. It is less about something happening outside of us and more about awakening what has always existed within us.
Our bodies are incredibly intelligent. They continually communicate with us, asking for what they need to restore balance. Sometimes that message is to rest. Sometimes it is to spend time in nature. Often, it is simply to move.
Movement is one of the most overlooked forms of spiritual healing.
When we gently stretch, practice the SHEVA movements, walk among the trees, breathe deeply, or move with intention, we invite energy to flow instead of becoming stagnant. The body naturally releases what no longer serves us while creating space for greater clarity, peace, and vitality.
I have always believed that healing isn’t about forcing change. It is about allowing ourselves to participate with it.
This is why I encourage you to listen closely to your body during this Lion’s Gate season. If your shoulders feel heavy, move them with kindness. If your breath feels shallow, pause and breathe deeply. If your mind feels overwhelmed, place your feet firmly on the earth and allow nature to remind you that everything unfolds in its perfect timing.
Your body is not slowing you down.
It is helping you embody who you are becoming.
Every conscious breath, every gentle movement, and every loving choice you make helps your nervous system integrate the wisdom your soul is already embracing.
As August unfolds, allow the 8-8-8 Lion’s Gate to be a reminder to give yourself permission to slow down, reconnect, and trust the unfolding of your journey. You don’t have to force your transformation. You simply have to create space for it.
Trust your body.
Trust your heart.
Trust the wisdom that is quietly awakening within you.
You are not falling behind.
You are becoming more fully yourself.
With love,
Fran
