There is shedding before renewal, and I believe we are like the snake which has a resting period before and after shedding its skin.
It has taken a couple of years to finally accept that we have outgrown our skin and step by step a new version of yourself is unfolding.
Patience is the key!
We know so much more than we did even a year ago… now is the time to explore with new eyes.
The Lunar Eclipse August 27th helped us conclude closing of old chapters.
Now it is time to move on with a new self-identity of kindness, emotional strength and personal well-being.
Knowing that hard times may come and go for all of us.
Compassion for others going through more suffering and life-threatening circumstances does not go unnoticed.
As we let go of control and align with more compassion, there is more emotional balance and empathy for all.
Nothing is perfect, but if you decide to move through life with presence, connection, and flexibility you will be able to navigate with more grace.
