Sometimes life invites us to pause, take a breath, and feel the wonder of being here.
Even as our world changes, we can return to the steady wisdom of our hearts and the beauty unfolding around us. I wrote “In This Moment!” as a reflection on our shared journey, including the releasing, the awakening, and the love that brings us back to center. May these words invite you to slow down and embrace the precious moment you are living now.
This is a defining moment from the belly of our souls to the shared rhythm of our hearts.
Each cell awakening to life, beauty and our precious experiences that we create.
Nature is guiding us on this remarkable journey called life and death.
How lucky are we to find solace, synchronicity and joy together and apart.
The thread of life continues to stretch, evolve, contract, release and come back to center.
In need of human touch and stimulation physically, emotionally, spiritually and mentally.
So that we may land safely in love, joy and laughter…
The songs are written, the music is humming, the dance has begun and the set is drying all in divine order!
In this moment let us be free to embrace who we really are.

As you move through your day, notice what brings you back to yourself. Perhaps it is a moment in nature, a familiar song, a loving touch, or laughter shared with someone dear. Give yourself permission to receive that joy, even while life is changing. You do not need to know every step of the dance to take part.
Breathe, listen to your heart, and allow yourself to be fully here- in this moment.
