Hello all,
I want to share some insight into this chaotic time we’re in – because there’s a reason for all of it!
Think of a two-year-old learning to walk. We’re moving into another stage, and friction is what moves us and changes us.
The old age is dying, and we’re on the precipice of a new dawning… a new energy!
Feel It to Heal It
We’re noticing everything right now with every feeling, every emotion, every fear. This isn’t a problem. This is the work. If we don’t feel it, we don’t change. So, all of this is coming up for a reason – please don’t be afraid of it!
Keep it light. One day you’re on top of the world, the next you’re not so sure… that’s not failure, that’s just like the weather! We’re following Mother Nature, up and down, in and out, right along with her.
Courage Is the Theme
I look at life the way I used to choreograph a dance with theme, music, movement, and then: what am I really saying here? Where’s creative energy? Where’s the fear? How do I move through it?
We have to be accountable in order for creativity and love to flow.
Think of it in three parts:
- The Pain – it’s there, let it be there.
- Accountability – what’s my part in this?
- Forgiveness -of yourself first, then others.
Do the work, and on the other side is peace. Real peace.
Find the Source
When pain comes up, ask: where is this coming from? Is it fear? Fear of dying, fear of loss? Go into your gut and pull it out, layer by layer, until you find the source. Once you see it, you get to choose.
Turn that fear into courage. The courage to love more.
Fear gets smaller. Love gets bigger. It moves through you, out to others, to the ones you need to forgive and back to yourself again. Forgive them. Forgive yourself. Forgive them again.
Just like a finished dance piece, the music sinks into the dancers, and the whole thing flows, beautiful, all the way through. That’s life. Same idea.
Dive In
So, I encourage you, I empower you to go find those pockets inside yourself. Discover anxiety, the fear, the anger, whatever it is…
This is the time to do it, so we can arrive together in this new age and create the dawn of this new love.
