Embracing the SHEVA Method: Key Strategies for Staying Focused, Grounded, and Embodying Wellness Amidst Chaos

It has recently occurred to me that we as humans need to stay grounded and hyper focused on our well-being in order to remain in balance. Not only are we affected by the political disturbance and chaos we are affected by these Solar flares occurring in late January and February. These solar flares can affect our circadian rhythm reducing melatonin which can increase our stress hormone cortisol. Stress creates more stress when not grounded. You also may feel more tired, dizzy, exhausted, not remembering things, sleeplessness or sleepiness.

My goal is to share with you some quick remedies to stay aware, awake and balanced in these challenging times. Through my own discovery the best remedy is to put my energy into direct focus through brain balancing, breath and positive thought. Sending a deep message connecting Mind, Heart and Body as a collective working force.
