Let’s Begin with the Mind: Embracing Body, Mind, and Spirit in the New Year

Look at your life and analyze what, with whom and where are your distractions coming from that keep you disconnected to your inner dialogue. Is it work, friends, family, husband, wife, media, or me in resistance?

Ask the question what are my goals and what do I really want to work on in spite of these distractions? 

Are there behaviors that I would like to change? 

Are there patterned thoughts that keep pulling me into doubt? 

Is there someone in my life that is a bad influence on me?

Is media taking control of me?

What are my boundaries?

Stay focused and grounded and you will find your energy.

Be in silence it will come.

Meditate, walk in nature, go to an art museum, drink hot tea.
